Mark Herring, VP of Sales and Marketing

Mark Herring

Mark Herring has been with Proximiti since 2005 in the role of VP – Sales.   At Proximiti, Mr. Herring has overlooked both indirect and direct sales channels responsible for communication systems, legal and medical software product lines and has been an integral part of the recent CellTRAKR software product launch.   Prior to Proximiti Mr. Herring held numerous sales, marketing and business development positions at Z-Tel Communications / Trinsic Communications, Inc.   While at Z-Tel, Mr. Herring overlooked the direct and indirect channels responsible for consumer and business customer acquisition.   These channels included telecom agent / VAR channels, direct marketing organizations, multi-level marketing companies and affinity marketing programs, which played a key role in growing Z-Tel’s subscriber base to over 500,000 users.   Mr. Herring also held sales roles with other companies focused on IT and office equipment sales.   Mark is a graduate of the Univ of Florida.

Steve Rosen, VP of Business Development

Steve Rosen

Steve Rosen is part of the executive management and business development teams at Proximiti responsible for strategic planning, product development, technology and reseller alliances, marketing programs and sales.   At Proximiti and in his career, Mr. Rosen has played a leadership role in bringing to market innovative products and services, building effective sales and operations teams, and overseeing complex, global accounts.   Prior to Proximiti, his experience encompassed the founding and successful development of several companies – most recently ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. - involved with communications software, IT outsourcing services, expense management and strategic consulting.   He also was a member of the Planning and Management group at Andersen Consulting reporting to worldwide managing partners.   Mr. Rosen is a graduate of Brown University and Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jeremy Hillman, Director of Business Development

Jeremy Hillman manages business development for Proximiti and brings over a decade of healthcare and technology experience to his role.   He is responsible for the execution of strategic sales and marketing programs, managing channel partner relationships, building effective messaging and defining and growing new and existing business channels for the Proximiti product portfolio.   Prior to this position, Jeremy was a product specialist with global medical device manufacturers, Hollister and Smith & Nephew, and held corporate marketing positions with PointClear and HealthSouth Corporation.   Jeremy graduated with a degree in Business Communications from Auburn University.
