  • Work with your employee benefits consultants or work directly with Proximiti to design and set up the program.   Generally setup will take two hours or less.   Your employee benefits consultant may not even need to involve corporate personnel except for final approval of the app and accessible material.
  • Company utilizes MyTools roster management functions to create list of employees and get benefits list assigned to key icons for the app
  • Proximiti configures application in hours based upon supplied employee roster
  • Proximiti sends out welcome e-mails to employees
  • Employees download apps via link and directions supplied in e-mail
  • Employees can enroll spouses and family members and allow them to download the app to their mobile device
