You can set targets in any area.   Typically, exercise is measured daily and weight is measured at least weekly and as much as daily.   Weight allows you to set a goal and a date to achieve it and then measures progress against the goal.   Diet targets can be set by day or by meal.  

A weekly report is provided that summarizes all 3 areas.
