Service Description My Assistant has application features that are identical to Health Phone.   In fact, you can bring your own Android phone, download our software to it and replicate the capabilities of Health Phone.   You can even use Blackberry phones and iPhones to replicate the application features, but not the simplified desktop.   The application features provide daily living support that helps ensure the user’s health and safety.   It provides regular check in calls, medication reminders and To Do items, such as taking a walk or drinking a glass of water.   As it helps its owner, it also keeps their caregivers “in the loop” in near real-time, if needed, no matter where they are.   It is equally handy in emergencies, particularly if the user has a wearable cell phone.   Then, the phone can be used to quickly summon emergency response personnel or the user’s caregivers.   In the event the user becomes incapacitated, this service also provides emergency responders with quick access to important medical information, including the user’s care wishes.   This service can be used inside the house or when away.

Optional Services Concierge Setup/Training Service    $49.95 This service includes 1 hour of professional service to review the phone’s operation and to select and configure all Proximiti Application Services.   This will include establishing an alert schedule and sending at least one sample alert to the user.   If there are teammates on the account, then they can also be setup.   This can be done over the phone or the user can request a webinar so the user can actually watch the application setup as it occurs and receive training on how they can use the Proximiti web site on an ongoing basis.   Optional Application Upgrades (Monthly Recurring Charge) Any Health Network Channel (Save $3)    $6.95
