Getting Started

It is easy. First, simply contact Proximiti and indicate your interest in knowing more about becoming a Proximiti Home Health Care partner. Our agreement is very simple and takes just minutes to complete. A Proximiti representative will contact you to explain our program in detail and how best to include our solutions in your business.

After completing your agreement and being accepted into the program, you will be provided in a user identification number and password which will let you access important parts of this web site for more information, marketing literature, and operational reports. Proximiti staff is available during working hours to support any needs you may have in establishing the program, assessing new accounts, or addressing any other issues you may have.

Revenue Sharing

Proximiti typically bills your clients directy for the services it provides. Proximiti then provides to your firm a revenue share on amounts collected from end users as your compensation. There are no fees charged to the Home Health Care Company partner so 100% of amounts earned are fee income. The exact revenue share paid varies based on the services Proximiti provides; however, a general guide post is 20% of the revenues is paid to our Home Health Care Partners.

While many of your clients may use more than one Proximiti service, it's expected that average per client billing will be just over $40 per month for those clients using Proximiti services. Home Health Care partners can earn about $100 per year for clients enrolled in Proximiti services. The list of services is expanding rapidly and will soon include automating reporting of home care equipment, security, and home safety tools and this could generate substantial additional income.

Marketing Assistance from Proximiti

Proximiti has developed a series of a literature sheets describing each of its products and services in PDF form and can be downloaded from its web site and provided to families as they consider how to best serve their seniors needs. Proximiti personnel can also join in a conference call or webinar with interested family members to better explain the services and operating requirements. All marketing assistance provided by Proximiti is offered at no charge to our Home Health Care Company partners.
