I just wanted to drop you and Jimmy a note of thanks for the smooth transition over to your new hosted phone system. I don’t often write these types of letters but having 15 plus years in telecom experience, I know how complicated these things can be and Proximiti pulled it off without a hitch!

We are a small yet rapidly expanding software development company based in North Carolina. We were looking for a new system that could grow into but required a limited amount of capital to get into; just under $2,000 up front. After shopping around a lot, we selected your hosted solution and purchased it through Wynncom, the Mitel reseller in our area.

I have to say, the entire process, from sale to installation, number porting to follow up was headache free. Your technical support staff even emails me with follow ups on the status of my numbers getting ported. BellSouth never would have done that!

Also, I have to say that we’ve been really enjoying and using the features. I really like all of the auto attendants and the paging features. Your system is the only one we could find that would do all of that. People think we just dropped a bunch of money down on a full blown PBX (but we’re not telling). We bought an extra phone so that the owner of our company could use the system from home just like at the office (I forget what you call the feature) and he loves it!

Anyway, congratulations on a job well done. Believe me; I know how challenging it can be.

As you are aware, Proximiti was chosen as our new phone system and internet provider over several other firms. The primary reason was their "hands on" approach by visiting our office and providing several options for us to review which allowed us to upgrade our systems for our specific needs. With a warehouse and "open office" we could not utilize a standard system without dealing with the same logistical issues we have with our old system.

The system has functioned as promised and the personal support is beyond our expectations. As you are aware, we had connection problems directly related to our previous internet supplier and Proximiti personnel resolved the problem without our office staff’s involvement. This service was above and beyond anything we had experienced with our previous provided. Instead of talking to a service center on another continent, we spoke with a local representative and the problem was resolved in less than an hour.

Our experience with Proximiti’s personnel has been exceptional, they have been responsive to our particular needs and have followed through with every issue.
