Call Reporting
Does your business need to keep track of the calls being placed and received? Proximiti offers detail call reporting showing all calls made from their Proximiti system with details such as time, duration, extension, and end result. This report can be configured to be sent automatically at regular intervals. Included in the reports are:
• The generated report will be in CSV format which can easily be imported into Microsoft Excel for analysis.
• The report will be sent via email to a single end-user email address.

There is a one time $29.95 setup fee to start generating SMDR reports and a monthly recurring fee of $19.95 for the service. Account Codes Customers purchasing the SMDR product also have the option of adding Account Code Tracking to their account. Customers with Account Code Tracking can assign account codes to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, either manually or using the programmable keys on the phone. HKS does not validate the account codes, which means that clients have total control and flexibility over what codes they want to use. Customers who want Account Code Tracking will add $30 (accounts with less than 10 lines) or $70 (10 lines or more) for a total of $49.95 or $99.95 respectively.
